    Huei founded January Health after experiencing firsthand the gaps in postpartum care while navigating new motherhood and a demanding career. She brings over 15 years of experience in digital product strategy and healthcare technology, including leadership roles in digital health and genomics where she helped scale a company to unicorn status. Her work has focused on building digital-first tools for patients and providers, and leading population health initiatives in genomic research. Huei is committed to transforming women’s health by providing coordinated, comprehensive support during life’s pivotal transitions.

    Dr. Lena Fan is an Assistant Professor of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Bone Disease in New York City. She trained in internal medicine on the women’s health track at Brown University and completed her fellowship in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Columbia University Medical Center. Her clinical expertise includes osteoporosis, PCOS, thyroid, adrenal, pituitary, and parathyroid conditions, with a strong focus on women’s health. In addition to patient care, Dr. Fan has conducted research on metabolic bone disease and diabetes and is dedicated to teaching future physicians.

    Brittany is a Certified Professional Midwife licensed in Maryland, with a comprehensive background in primary care as a Physician Assistant. She began her career in 2007 as a Physician Assistant and transitioned into midwifery in 2014. Since that time, she has served families as a doula, birth assistant, and midwife, integrating advanced clinical training with individualized, evidence-based care. She earned a Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and holds certification through the North American Registry of Midwives. Brittany is committed to providing families with safe, professional, and compassionate support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period.
