Terms & Conditions:
Subscription Commitment
By enrolling in this health and wellness subscription, you agree to an initial minimum commitment of three (3) months. This initial subscription term may not be canceled during the first three months, except as described in the refund policy below.
Auto-Renewal
Following the initial three-month term, your subscription will automatically renew on a month-to-month basis unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms below. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all applicable subscription fees until you cancel.
14-Day Refund Period
You may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your initial sign-up date. If a refund is issued, your subscription will be canceled and access to services will be discontinued. After this 14-day period, all fees are non-refundable.
Cancellation After Initial Term
Once the initial three-month commitment has been completed, you may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least thirty (30) days’ notice. Your subscription will remain active and billing will continue during the notice period.
